I photographed these beautiful little girls when Claudia was just a newborn. Such sweet girls. Such a nice family. And we are so fortunate to have them as neighbors on top of it. We did a little mini shoot, a little more posed than I prefer, but we were short on time and you really couldn't walk down the street in a tux and gown. Chris and Mercedes were on their way out to an awards ceremony where Chris was nominated, and he won by the way. Yay! They wanted to document their special night and once you have kids you realize you don't get dressed up like this very often, so photographs are a necessity.

The Santa Monica Pier and beach was the backdrop for this beautiful little girl's three year old photos. She is very full of life and laughter and knows exactly what she likes. She loved my camera, taking the pictures that is and it took much negotiating to keep her on the other side of my lens. Good thing I have practice at home with Greta. Stacie is what all 3 years should be, exploration and discovery. I loved how the beach was fascinating to her. Squeezing the sand and throwing it at the waves. Really, just a doll.

I love getting to shoot families multiple times. I shot this beautiful family over summer and they invited me back to photograph them at home. We got rained out and our magnificent plan of hiking was destroyed. But we made due and the grandparents doted on this little boy. He's is just scrumptious, and ON THE MOVE. Seriously, we were movin' the whole time. It was much fun and I love being able to document all the changes the last few months have brought to this little man.

Lorelei's family won the photo giveaway that I posted on my personal blog My Life at Playtime a few months ago. This little girl is just beautiful, I love her rolls, her smile, and her two tiny teeth! Lorelei's mom gets to choose a free 8x10 and 5x7 and the photo shoot sitting was free. Here's a few of my favorites.

Look at those eyes!

This lovely family is moving from Michigan to sunny southern California. While house hunting for new diggs they made some time for a photo shoot with me. Their baby, edible. Love the cheeks. And the sky was amazing this day. Enjoy!
